BLACK FRIDAY POLICY, effective November 24 - December 1st
Order Changes/Cancellations
Orders placed from 11/24 through 12/1 cannot be cancelled and are exchange only or final sale as marked. Items not marked final sale may follow our normal return policy. No store credit or gift cards can be issued for an exchange.
If there is an any issue with your order, please contact us no later than 30 minutes of checking out. We can’t make any promises, but we’ll give it our best shot to make changes needed. Email us at help@shopfinatics.com for any changes regarding size, color, style, shipping address, etc.
Orders purchased in December have an extended exchange period of December 31st. After December 31st, no orders over the standard 14 day policy will be accepted.
Discounts/Pricing
Sale prices can not be applied to previous orders, therefore no price adjustments will be given. No code necessary to receive Black Friday discounts. No other discount codes are applicable during the warm up sale or main sale.
Standard Return Policy:
We accept exchanges/returns within 14 days from when your order is delivered.
To be eligible for exchange/return, orders must adhere to the following conditions:
- Garment must be returned in perfect, new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- Swimwear must be returned with tags attached; bottoms must be returned with hygiene protection as well
Note: If the item is returned to us in worn condition, stained, no tags or we did not approve return, it will be rejected and returned at customer's expense
- Refunds will be processed back into the account used at checkout. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded
- Customers are to cover the cost of return/exchange postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a traceable service when posting your item to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels
- Once return/exchange is approved item must be shipped and delivered within two weeks of approval
Note: We are unable to process any returns for general wear and tear or washing mistakes. Please carefully read the washing instructions for each garment.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for all hats and jaw clips.
We do not accept returns on any sale item. All sale items are FINAL sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
