If you would like to exchange an item, please email help@shopfinatics.com and provide your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the item you’d like to exchange it for.

Who does FINATICS donate to?

We do not have an official sole partner. Instead each year we talk to numerous nonprofits working to save sharks around the world to see where our donation can make the most impact! In the past years we have donated to Project Hiu, Ocearch and more.

How do I care for my item?

Clothing: We recommend washing your item on cold and separate from other clothing for the first two washes. To give our garments the vintage/worn look we use a process called pigment dying. Pigment dyed garments have loose color fibers that aren’t chemically bonded to the yarn which allows for some color to fall off when washed. 

Puff Ink Care: 

  • Turn inside out
  • Use Cold Water on gentle cycle
  • Mild detergent
  • Hang dry - do not iron

Swimwear

  • Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water only
  • Hang dry in the shade
  • Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
  • Do not leave rolled up wet or wring out
  • High amounts of chlorine can ruin your swimsuit, make sure to wash immediately after use
  • Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your swimsuit

To extend the life of your Finatics swim we recommend rinsing immediately after use. We do not take back wash or worn swimwear.

How does sizing run?

All sizing is unisex unless otherwise stated in the product description. For reference, we provide an approximate size guide on each product page. 

For specific swimwear sizing please refer to the product page size guides.

Do you have gift cards?

Of course we do! Shop our gift cards here. You will receive an email with your gift card code. All our gift cards are non-refundable and do NOT expire.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please send an email to help@shopfinatics.com within 3 hours of placing your order. However we cannot guarantee an adjustable can be made, but will do our best to resolve your inquiry!

If you placed an order and want to change something (i.e., different size, change/fix the address, etc.), please send us an email as soon as possible and we will do it for you as long as your order hasn’t already been processed. Items changed must be equal cost.

How long does it take for my order to be processed/shipped?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. We only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do not fulfill or ship on weekends. 

If you order after 5 PM EST, your order will not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday.

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders that are $175 or more.  

My package says it was delivered but I have not received it yet. What do I do?

Sometimes the status of delivery will update a bit prematurely. Packages usually arrive within 2-3 days afterwards. If that is not the case you can email us at help@shopfinatics.com!

When you do send us an email regarding a package not being delivered, we will confirm your address with you, as well as ask you to to file a claim with the mail service. 

Note: We will always do our best to assist you when there is a missing package however, after the package has shipped it is in the hands of USPS to deliver it to you as we do not have any control over the mail service.

How long does it take for my credit card to be refunded after I receive a refund notification?

After your return is processed with us, it can take 7-10 business days for your refund to show up on your card. If you notice after 10 business days that the refund has still not shown up on your card, please send us an email to help@shopfinatics.com.

What is package protection? What do I do if my package is lost, stolen or damaged?

As of March 2, 2022, we offer Package Protection with every order, which covers items/packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. For orders under $100, the fee is $0.98. For orders over $100, the fee is 2% of your order subtotal. You will need to opt in Route Package Protection before placing your order if desired. 

Please note: If you choose not to add Package Protection, you accept that FINATICS is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

My item is being returned to sender, what happens now?

If an item is being returned to sender (us) it is either due to an insufficient address provided at checkout or the post office being unable to deliver at your location. We ship to the exact address you provide, thus we will not reship an item that has been sent back. You will be refunded for the item(s) but not the shipping cost as that has already been processed by us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We currently offer shipping to Canada, Australia, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Shipping timeframes vary from 8-14 business days, but may take longer depending on the time of year and location.

How are duties paid for international orders?

At this time duties and taxes are paid for by the recipient (you). You will receive a call from the postal service to collect the amount that is calculated by your government.

What items on the site are final sale?

All sale items and accessories are final sale and CANNOT be returned.

What is FINATICS doing to be more sustainable?

The fashion industry in general is hard to label as sustainable, but we strive to take every step to be as sustainable as possible. As a clothing brand we try to use eco-friendly materials such as cotton or recycled polyester for our garments. 

All of our clothing is unisex sizing so we produce less than a normal brand that offers both women and men sizes. If we do have defective items (misprints, ink stains etc.) we do givebacks to our customers or donate to local shelters to minimize waste. All of our shipping products + packaging are either recyclable or biodegradable.

Additionally, in 2022 we are beginning to manufacture ourselves which will allow us to have more control over the sustainability process as well as having the majority of our garments be made in the USA.

We believe we are creating high quality products with a purpose that can last you a lifetime.

Yes, you can easily split up payments in to four installments by selecting Shop pay at checkout.
